eProtokol for Android and iOS - work reports, construction diary with photos, plan, tools and documents straight from the site.

Available for:AdministratorUser

The eProtokol mobile app works with the same data as the web app. What you enter on your phone appears on the web straight away, and vice versa. Just like on the web, you see only the modules that your company's plan and your Role allow.

Download

Search for "eProtokol" in the store. You can also register a new company directly in the app with the Register button on the welcome screen, below the Sign in button (the welcome screen appears after you launch the app when you are not signed in).

Logging in

With your login and password - enter the same login (or e-mail) and password as on the web and tap Sign in.

With a QR code - without typing a password:

  1. On the web, open My profile → Zabezpečení (Security) and click Generate QR code.
  2. In the mobile app, on the login screen, tap Sign in with QR code and allow access to the camera.
  3. Point your phone at the QR code on the computer screen. The app logs you in.

The QR code is valid for 5 minutes; after that, generate a new one. The administrator can also generate a QR code for a colleague, on the colleague's card in the Users module on the Zabezpečení tab - the code then logs in the colleague's account, not the administrator's. This is not possible for another administrator, who generates the QR code themselves.

With a QR code from another phone - from version 1.0.66 the mobile app can show the QR code too, for example when you switch to a new phone. On the phone where you are signed in, open More → Administration → Settings → Security → Mobile sign-in with QR code and scan the code on the new phone with Sign in with QR code. An administrator shows the QR code for a colleague in More → Administration → Users with the QR sign-in button next to their name; here too, this is not possible for another administrator.

Chat after logging in with a QR code

The encrypted chat needs your password to unlock. After you log in with a QR code, the app may ask you to enter it, see Chat.

What you will find in the app

At the bottom there is a bar with tabs:

  • Home - the dashboard with quick actions, for example a work report, photos for the diary, a new task, a plan event, starting a trip or a delivery note, and with requests for an advance, receipt reimbursement or vacation. What is offered depends on what the company uses and what you are allowed to do.
  • Reports - your work reports, see Work reports.
  • Diary - projects and their construction diaries, daily entries and photos from the site, see Construction diary.
  • More - other modules divided into groups:
    • Projects & planning - projects, plan, tasks,
    • Documents & invoicing - price list, price quotes, purchase and sales orders, purchase and sales invoices, contacts, work report,
    • Tools & machines - tools with QR code scanning, unreturned tools, warehouses, stock-takes, machines, trips,
    • Communication - chat (unless the company has turned it off), photo sync (iPhone only),
    • Administration - diary access, users (administrator only) and app settings.
  • User - your profile, password change, switching companies (if you work in more than one company), support contact, logout and account deletion.

App settings

In More → Administration → Settings you can adjust:

  • Appearance & Language - light or dark mode and the app language,
  • Notifications - which e-mail and push notifications you want to receive,
  • Construction Diary, Location tracking and Storage & Data - how the individual agendas behave on your phone,
  • Delivery notes - automatic extraction of a delivery note from a photo (Extract delivery note from attachment) and automatic confirmation of the extracted data (Confirm extracted data automatically). These settings apply to the whole company and only the administrator can change them; others see them locked,
  • Security - login with Face ID or Touch ID, a QR code for signing in another phone and the status of two-factor authentication,
  • Tariff (administrator only) - changing the company's plan and payment method,
  • Restart guide for the initial setup (administrator only, until they have completed the guide),
  • Delete account.
What is set only on the web

Company settings (except for changing the plan and the delivery note settings), roles and permissions, training and activating two-factor authentication are managed in the web app.
