The Reports module provides overviews and analyses of data from work reports and projects. They help company management control costs and performance.

Report types​

Work Reports Overview​

  • Overview of hours worked by employees for a period
  • Filtering by project, worker or category
  • Export to CSV or PDF

Project Report​

  • Project cost overview
  • Comparison of planned vs. actual costs
  • Overview of work and materials

Generating a report​

  1. Go to Reports
  2. Select the report type
  3. Set the filter – project, period, worker
  4. Click Generate
  5. Download or print the result
Advanced reports

In the Premium tariff, Advanced Reports with cost analysis and contract profitability are available.

Automatic reports from system data

Reports are generated automatically from data already in the system – work reports, invoices, trips and delivery notes. No manual collection or retyping needed.

Overviews by project, employee and period

Filter data by project, worker or time period. By combining filters, you get exactly the view of data you need for decision-making.
