  • Photos – attaching photos directly from your mobile phone
  • AI assistance – automatic generation of descriptions and summaries using artificial intelligence
  • PDF export – print or share the construction diary in PDF format
  • Signatures – electronic signatures of the site manager and building inspector

How to create a new entry

  2. Select the relevant project
  3. Click + New Entry
  4. Fill in the date, work description, weather and number of workers
  5. Attach photos (optional)

AI assistance

eProtokol offers automatic text generation for the construction diary using AI. Simply enter keywords or a rough description and AI will generate a professionally formulated entry.

AI generator

Launch the AI generator function by clicking the Generate with description (AI) button when creating an entry. You can edit the resulting text as needed.

PDF export

  1. Open the relevant project in the Construction Diary section
  2. Click Export PDF
  3. Select the date range (from–to)
  4. Download or send the generated document
Link to project

The construction diary is always linked to a specific project. Diary entries thus complement the overall project progress overview together with work reports, invoices and delivery notes.

External user access

The construction diary can be shared with external users (building inspectors, investors) without requiring them to register in eProtokol. See Diary Sharing for more.

Sharing with external participants

Investors, building inspectors or other external participants can access the diary via a shared link – without registering in eProtokol. Ideal for transparent communication on the construction site.
