Projects
Construction project management – creation, contract assignment and status tracking.
Projects are the central object in eProtokol. Work reports, diary entries, invoices, delivery notes and other documents are assigned to them.
A project is the main organizational unit. All reports, invoices, delivery notes, trips and diary entries are assigned to a specific project – so you always have an accurate overview of costs and revenues for each project.
Creating a new project
- In the menu, click on Projects
- Click + New Project
- Fill in the name, address and description
- Assign a responsible manager
- Set up cost categories
- Save
Project overview
After opening a project, you will see:
- Project dashboard – summary of costs, hours and status
- Work reports – assigned employee reports
- Construction diary – diary entries
- Invoices – incoming and outgoing invoices assigned to the project
- Documents – attached files
Cost categories
Each project has cost categories (e.g., "Labor", "Materials", "Machinery"). Costs are automatically assigned to categories from reports, invoices and trips.
In the menu Projects → Category Templates, you can prepare cost category templates for quick setup of a new project.

All costs and revenues are automatically summed on the project dashboard, where you can see the current project status in real time.
The project dashboard provides a summary of hours worked, material costs, machinery and transport costs – all automatically from linked modules without manual retyping.
