Rented machinery refers to equipment that the company temporarily borrowed from an external supplier. Their costs are assigned to specific projects.

Creating a rented machinery record​

  1. Go to Machinery → Rented Machinery
  2. Click + New Rented Machine
  3. Select the supplier and machine type
  4. Enter the rental and return dates
  5. Assign to a project
  6. Save

Rented machinery costs are automatically reflected in project costs.

Tracking rental equipment costs

Rented machinery costs are automatically included in the project budget. In project reports and dashboard, you can see total equipment costs – both owned and rented.
