Project breakdown
Hours worked by day and person and purchase invoices allocated to a single project, with export to CSV and XLSX.
The project breakdown shows on one page who worked how many hours on the project on which day, what it cost, and which purchase invoices have been allocated to the project. It's handy for a quick check of a job without putting reports together.
How to open the breakdown
- Open Lists → Projects.
- Next to the project, click the Rozpis (Breakdown) button (tooltip "Project breakdown").
- The Rozpis stavby (Project breakdown) page opens with the project name.
The breakdown is available on the Company and All for business tariffs, and only the company administrator can see its data. Other users see a message that the breakdown isn't available instead.
Work reports
The first table is an overview of the work reports on the project - rows are days, columns are people:
- a cell shows the number of hours and the work description (the category and, if the company has the work report note turned on, the note as well),
- the date is followed by the abbreviated day of the week,
- the Celkem hodin (Total hours) and Celkem CZK (Total CZK) columns add up the day,
- the bottom row Celkem (Total) adds up the hours of each person.
The breakdown includes all work reports on the project, not only the approved ones. The amount in CZK is the worker's gross hourly wage × hours, including surcharges (weekend, night, public holiday) according to the company settings - calculated the same way as the project cost report.
Sort the table by clicking Datum (Date), a person's name (by their hours on the given day), Celkem hodin or Celkem CZK. By default, the most recent days are at the top.
Purchase invoices allocated to the project
The second table shows the parts of purchase invoices that are allocated to this project: Datum, Den (Day), Položka (Item; the cost subcategory, or the project category), Doklad (Document), Dodavatel (Supplier) and the Částka (Amount) attributable to the project. At the end is the Celkem sum.
Export
With the Export CSV and Export XLSX buttons above the tables, you download the breakdown to a file, for example for Excel.
