Users
User management – invitations, profiles, settings.
The Users module allows the administrator to manage employee access to eProtokol.

Inviting a new user
- Go to Users
- Click + Invite User
- Enter the email address
- Select a role (Worker, Manager, Accountant)
- Send the invitation
The user will receive an email with a link to set their password and log in.
User roles
| Role | Description |

| Administrator | Full access, company settings management |
| Manager | Project management, report approval |
| Worker | Work reports, diary, trips |
| Accountant | Invoices, payments, reports |
In the Business and Premium tariffs, you can precisely configure which modules each role has access to. See Roles & Permissions.
Just enter a new colleague's email – they'll receive a link for registration and password setup. No need to manually create accounts.
After assigning a role, the user automatically gets access to the corresponding modules. You don't need to set up access for each person individually – just properly configure the roles.
Deactivating a user
Inactive employees can be deactivated – they won't be able to log in, but their historical data will be preserved.
