Role management and access rights for individual modules.

In the Business and Premium tariffs, you can precisely configure which modules each role has access to and at what level.

Access levels

LevelDescription
DisabledRole has no access to the module
ReadRole can view data
Edit ownRole can edit only their own data
EditRole can edit all data

Setting role permissions

  1. Go to Roles & Permissions
  2. Select a role (Manager / Worker / Accountant)
  3. For each module, set the access level
  4. Save

Default roles

The system offers default settings for each role. These settings can be freely modified to suit your company's needs.

warning

Changing role permissions takes effect immediately for all users with that role.

Granular access control

By setting access levels for each module and role, you have full control over who sees what and can edit what. Company data security is ensured without unnecessary administration.
