Price list
Your own price lists of items, hourly rates of professions and rates of machines and vehicles, which price quotes draw on.
The price list keeps in one place the prices at which the company sells: its own work and material items, hourly rates of professions and rates of machines and vehicles. You will find it in the menu under Sales → Price list, and in the mobile app in the Documents & invoicing → Price list section.
Who can see and edit the price list
The price list belongs to the Price quotes module. Everyone who has at least the čtení (read) level on price quotes in their Role can see it. Prices may be changed by the administrator and users with the editace (edit) level. Others can only view the price list.
What the price list contains
Own price lists and items
You divide items into named price lists, e.g. "Masonry work" or "Transport". An item without a price list is shown in the Nezařazené položky (Unassigned items) group.
- Create a group with the Nový ceník (New price list) button and name it.
- Add an item with the Nová položka (New item) button: Název (Name), Ceník (Price list), Jednotka (Unit; h, pcs, m², m³, t, km, day…), Prodejní cena (Selling price), optionally Nákladová cena (Cost price), DPH % (VAT %) and Kategorie (Category).
- Save. Later you change the item with the Upravit (Edit) button in its row and remove it with the Smazat (Delete) button.
A price list can be renamed (Přejmenovat, Rename) or deleted (Smazat). When a price list is deleted, its items do not disappear; they move to the unassigned items.
The cost price is optional. If you fill it in, the mobile app shows a Margin estimate when you build a quote. The cost price never appears in the quote PDF.
Hourly rates of professions
Professions (e.g. Carpenter, Bricklayer) have a selling hourly rate. With the Nová profese (New profession) button you enter the Název and Kč/hod prodej (CZK/h selling). The table shows which workers belong to each profession. Workers are assigned to professions in the mobile app.
Rates of vehicles, trailers and machines
The last table shows all of the company's machines and vehicles with their type (Stroj, Vozidlo, Přívěs / návěs - machine, vehicle, trailer / semi-trailer) and four rates: Kč/hod prodej (CZK/h selling), Kč/km prodej (CZK/km selling), Kč/hod náklad (CZK/h cost) and Kč/km náklad (CZK/km cost). You overwrite a rate directly in the table and confirm it with the Uložit (Save) button in the row.
The rates are stored directly on the machine, so they apply throughout the app. The selling hourly rate of a machine is used, for example, by Invoice documents when the project has no rate of its own for the machine. New machines and vehicles are created in the Machines module.
Price list in the mobile app
The mobile price list has the same parts (Custom items, Person-hours with professions, Machines) and in addition:
- Price indexation - raises (positive %) or lowers (negative %) the prices of selected parts of the price list in bulk,
- the Departure point setting - the starting address from which travel to the site is calculated,
- assigning workers to professions.
When building a price quote, sales order or sales invoice in the mobile app, you insert items with the Add from price list button. The price list loads in this picker only for users who have at least the čtení level on the Price quotes module. The Last billed tab offers the prices at which you billed the same item in earlier quotes. For a quote for a project, the app can also suggest travel: it calculates the actual route from the departure point to the site and back and prices it at the per-kilometre rate of the selected vehicle.
Companies with the Transport module also have a separate Ceník dopravy (Transport price list) with transport prices for customers and materials. It is described on the Transport page.
