Public tenders
A daily updated overview of public tenders from Czech and Slovak portals, with a filter, e-mail alerts and takeover into Tenders.
The public tenders feed brings daily updated tenders from Czech and Slovak portals (NEN, E-ZAK, Tenderarena and others), including the tender documentation. A tender that interests you is taken over into Tenders with one click, and you continue working with it there. Open the feed in Sales → Poptávky (Tenders) with the Veřejné zakázky (Public tenders) button.
The feed is visible to those who have access to Tenders (on the Diary tariff only the administrator, otherwise according to the Role).
Subscription
The feed is a paid add-on, ordered separately for each country (Czechia, Slovakia):
- 7 days free to try it out. The administrator starts the trial in the feed with the Vyzkoušet 7 dní zdarma (Try 7 days free) button, and it applies to both countries at once. The trial can be used only once.
- After that, 200 Kč per month or 2,000 Kč per year for each country (excl. VAT). The payment is added to the regular monthly eProtokol invoice.
- The paid subscription is activated and cancelled only by the company administrator: during the trial with the Aktivovat předplatné (Activate subscription) button in the bar at the top, after the trial has ended directly in the feed, otherwise in the Filtr a nastavení feedu → Předplatné zemí (Feed filter and settings → Country subscriptions) panel. Other users see a note that the administrator will do the activation.
During the trial, the feed shows at the top how many days are left. If the company does not yet have regular invoicing set up with eProtokol, activating paid access ends with a prompt to contact us.
Browsing tenders
- At the top you switch between Česko (Czechia) and Slovensko (Slovakia).
- Fulltext searches the tender name and description.
- The table shows Název (Name), Zadavatel (Contracting authority), Hodnota (Value), Lhůta (Deadline) and Kraj (Region).
- The star adds a tender to your favourites, the eye icon hides it. You show hidden tenders with the Zobrazit skryté (Show hidden) button.
Clicking a tender opens its detail: the contracting authority and its company ID, place of performance, estimated value, bid deadline, publication date and tender documentation. You open documents one by one or download them all at once with the Stáhnout vše (ZIP) (Download all, ZIP) button. For a new tender, the attachments are still being downloaded from the portal, so the package may be ready only after a few minutes.
Taking a tender over into Tenders
The Převzít (Take over) button in the row (or Převzít do poptávek, Take over into tenders, in the detail) creates a tender with the source Veřejná zakázka (Public tender) with the tender's details and documentation. For a tender that has been taken over, the button changes to Otevřít poptávku (Open tender).

Filter and e-mail alerts
The Filtr a nastavení feedu panel sets which tenders the feed shows:
- Obor (Field) - by Kategorie (Categories; with quick selection) or by CPV kódy (CPV codes),
- Kraje (Regions) - by selecting them on the map,
- Předpokládaná hodnota (Estimated value) from–to, with the option Zahrnout i zakázky bez uvedené hodnoty (Include tenders without a stated value).
In the Upozornění na nové zakázky (New tender alerts) section, tick Poslat e-mail, když přibudou zakázky odpovídající tomuto filtru (Send an e-mail when tenders matching this filter are added) and enter the addresses (separate several addresses with commas; an empty field means the company administrators). The summary is sent once a day in the morning, and only when something new has actually been added. No in-app notifications are sent.
You save the settings with the Uložit nastavení (Save settings) button. Only those who may edit tenders can save them.
The filter, alerts, and favourite and hidden tenders apply to the whole company, not just to you.
